MN Testimony on Statewide Video Franchising

There’s a really nice summary of Friday’s testimony in the MN House on statewide franchising on The Blandin Foundation Broadband blog.  Blandin has been a leader in the philanthropic community in Minnesota in trying to make broadband availability a top state priority.

    This is Ann from the Blandin blog – thanks a million for the video link (and the kind words)!

    I am going to intentionally watch the committee session next week and will feel a bit more prepared. I really appreciated your points on public access if it weren’t for public access I would have missed the testimony entirely.
